Pharmacy Weight Loss Tunbridge Wells is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medication services online.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may invalidate your prescription and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are reviewed and authorised by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an appropriately qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and in accordance with current UK prescribing guidelines.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation. Our clinicians retain full independent clinical judgement at all times. Prescriptions issued are valid only for the purpose stated and may not be transferred or reused without review.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your service.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
You will not be charged for a consultation that results in a declined prescription, beyond any stated consultation fee clearly disclosed at the point of booking.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage arising from an unattended delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medication for safety and hygiene reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the outcome.

Your data is used solely to provide and manage your healthcare and is never sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
